I'm semi-retired but still have a love for managing construction projects. The role of a construction manager is adaptable to the scope of the project and the amount of oversite the client feels is adequate.

I can assist you with contract management, project scheduling, inspections and safety.

Larger projects usually benefit from a full time Superintendent to manage the subcontractors, oversee quality control and ensure that the project stays on schedule.

Smaller projects might only need a visit to the site a couple of times a week. Our area allows the homeowner to act as their own General Contactor but if you feel you could use some help from an experienced professional give me a call.

I also have experience in kitchen and bath design. While these may or may not require a permit, the details are important to ensure that your project goes smoothly.
